Madaris Management System (MMS) - Android Application

Abstract / Introduction
Many Madaris in Pakistan still manage records manually using registers. This creates difficulties in tracking students, monitoring Quran learning progress, managing fees, and maintaining transparency in financial records. The proposed Madaris Management System (MMS) is a comprehensive digital platform designed to 
automate administrative, academic, hostel, and financial operations of Islamic educational institutions.
 

The system will support multiple educational streams including:
• Noorani Qaida 
• Nazra Quran 
• Hifz-ul-Quran 
• Dars-e-Nizami 
• Asri Taleem (School education up to Class 10) 

The application will also include:
• Hostel management 
• Zakat and Sadaqat management 
• Teacher and staff salary management 
• Parent monitoring system 
• Donation management 
• Attendance and academic reporting 
 

The system will be bilingual (English and Urdu) so that madrasa staff can easily use it.
