Abstract / Introduction
Smart Tile Store & Inventory Management System is a web-based platform designed to efficiently manage the operations of a tile retail business dealing with multiple tile types, customers, outlets, and warehouses. The system will handle different categories of tiles such as floor tiles, washroom tiles, and front elevation 
tiles, each with varying sizes and measurement units.The platform will support inventory tracking across multiple store outlets and warehouses using unique item IDs, ensuring accurate stock availability and location tracking. Additionally, the system will facilitate the management of orders, stock levels. Real-time updates on inventory, sales, and stock transfers will ensure smooth business operations and improved decision-making. This system aims to reduce manual errors, optimize inventory usage, and enhance customer service through automation and smart calculations.

Functional Requirements:
Admin:

1. Login/Logout: Admin authentication to access the system. 
2. Change Password/Retrieve Lost Password: Secure credential management. 
3. Manage Tile Categories: Add/Edit/Delete tile types (floor, washroom, elevation). 
4. Manage Tile Products: Maintain tile details (size, design, price, company, unit type). 
5. Manage Inventory: Track stock levels across outlets and warehouses using item IDs. 
6. Manage Warehouses & Outlets: Add/Edit/Delete multiple store locations. 
7. Stock Transfer Management: Transfer tiles between warehouses and outlets. 
8. Sales & Purchase Management: Record customer purchase orders. 
9. Reports Generation: Generate reports for sales, stock, and inventory status. 

Customer:
1. Login/Logout: Customer account access. 
2. Register Account: New customer registration. 
3. View Tile Catalog: Browse available tiles by category and design. 
4. Search Tiles: Filter tiles by type, size, price, or company. 
5. View Tile Details: Check tile specifications and availability. 
6. Place Orders: Purchase tiles online or request quotation. 
7. Track Orders: View order history and status. 

Visitor:
