5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or nothing if using free services).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

- • Download your data first

Note: Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
