Personal Information: We collect your full name, email address and whatsapp number to verify your identity and assign appropriate roles (e.g User).
Project Documentation: We collect and store all uploaded materials, including Project Proposals, SRS documents, Design Documents, and Final Deliverables (Source Code and Reports).
Usage Data:To ensure platform stability, we collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your data. Your project information is visible only to:
Assigned Project Supervisors and External Examiners.
The Departmental Project Committee.
System Administrators for technical maintenance.
